Tripura Marriage Certificate Overview

To make the application form for permission of Tripura marriage you need to show various documents like Aadhar card, Affidavit, marriage photograph, marriage card, a valid Aadhar card and a witness with PAN card. If either of the married couple is of any religion other than Hindu, Sikh, Jain or Buddhist, then the Special Marriage Act can be used for that.

Eligibility Criteria:
- To obtain a marriage certificate in Tripura, the bride and groom must be permanent residents of India.
- The age of the groom should be 21 years and that of the bride for 18 years.
Steps to check the Status of the Tripura marriage certificate application: –
- Firstly, you have to visit the official website of the e-district portal.
- Here, you have to select the option “Track the application status” and select the option.
- Now, you’ll get options 1. track through application reference, and 2. Track through OTP. Now, you have to select option 1. Track through the Application reference number.
- Now, enter the Application reference number and click to submit. Wait for a few seconds and you’ll get your results on your screen.
