Swachh Bharat Mission- Toilet Application Form Overview
Swachh Bharat Mission Toilet Application Form in Hindi As you all must know that, after becoming the Prime Minister in 2014, Prime Minister Modi started the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan mission. Under this Swachh Bharat Mission, the construction work of toilets was done by the state government, especially at the village level, by the Uttar Pradesh government. For which the Uttar Pradesh Toilet Construction Scheme was specially started by the UP government. Applicant can apply online and offline for Shochalay Nirman. Under the Uttar Pradesh Shauchalay Nirman Yojana, the scheme benefits are being given by the Government of Uttar Pradesh to the eligible beneficiary candidates of the state.

Eligibility:
- UP Swachh Bharat Abhiyan Following are essential for construction of toilet
- Must be a resident of Uttar Pradesh.
- The beneficiary should not already have a toilet.
- The annual income of the applicant should not exceed 1 lakh.
- Government employee will not be given toilet construction.
- The benefit of the scheme will be given first to the economically poor APL BPL families only.

- There will be a change in the lifestyle of life, no woman or man will have to defecate in the open.
- Will be free from open defecation, which will not cause diseases.
- Financial Assistance Financial assistance of Rs 12,000 will be provided for the construction of toilets.
- The resolution of Swachh Bharat Mission (swachh bharat abhiya) will be fulfilled in Uttar Pradesh.
Even today, it was seen in many places in the rural areas that people used to defecate and spread other types of filth in the open. But since the Uttar Pradesh government started working under the Swachh Bharat Mission, the state government started providing financial assistance to the poor people at the village level for the construction of toilets. For UP Shauchalay Nirman, financial assistance of Rs 9,000 is given by the central government and Rs 3,000 by the state government. The UP Toilet Construction Scheme is run by the Ministry of Housing and Rural Affairs.

So for this you have to apply at your block level or through Gram Pradhan, Gram Panchayat Samiti. For which you will need all kinds of necessary documents along with the application form. And the necessary documents have to be attached with the application form.
