Rajiv Gandhi Parivar Bima Yojana Scheme Claim Application Form in Hindi
Rajiv Gandhi Parivar Bima Yojana was launched on 1st April 2006. This is a type of accident insurance scheme. Under the Rajiv Gandhi Family Insurance Scheme, an amount of Rs 1 lakh is given to the dependents on the unnatural death of a local resident. On applying under this scheme, benefit is provided in case of accident of any family. Under this, different benefit amounts are provided for different losses. For example, in case of death in an accident, more amount is received. Whereas in case of organ damage, less amount is given to the beneficiary. Haryana Government has started this scheme. The benefit of which will also be given to the people of Haryana only.
Eligibility Criteria
- The applicant must be a resident of Haryana by origin.
- In case of death in an accident / damage to a limb
- Under this, only people of 18 to 60 years of age will be considered eligible.
- The name of the accident person should be included in the voter list or ration card.
- The annual income of the applicant should not be more than 2.5 lakhs.
- The benefit of this scheme will not be given even if you are a government employee.
