The main objective of this scheme is to provide financial assistance to the farmers in the state. Under this scheme, the government provides financial assistance of Rs 6000 and other benefits to the families of the deceased farmer. As we told you that the main objective of the scheme is to provide the right amount to the farmers according to their crop. Under CG Kisan Nyay Yojana, those farmers who do not get the right price on their crop, those farmers will be provided the right amount according to their crop.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicant should also be a permanent resident of Chhattisgarh. And should be a farmer as well.
- The eligibility of the applicant for the scheme will be determined on the basis of agricultural law only.
- Landless agricultural laborers of rural areas like: Carpenter, Blacksmith, Barber, Shepherd, Washerman, Cobbler, Purohit, Forest Produce Collectors etc. are all eligible.
- All other cultivators can take advantage of the Grameen and Van Pattadar Scheme.
- Apart from this, farmers, sharecroppers, leafy farmers will not be considered eligible for this scheme.
Kisan Nyay Yojana Form Download:
- To get the benefits under the scheme, it will be mandatory for the farmers to register in the portal of Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana https://rgkny.cg.nic.in within the stipulated time period.
- Rajiv Gandhi Grameen Bhumiless Krishi Mazdoor Nyay Yojana will be started from 1st September 2022.
- Or for offline application, the farmer has to go to the Agriculture Extension Officer and get the application form of Rajiv Gandhi Kisan Nyay Yojana.

- After downloading the form, all the information asked in it will have to be filled correctly.
- After this, the required documents such as loan book, B-1, Aadhar number, copy of bank account passbook will have to be attached with the form.
- After completion of all the process the form has to be submitted in the office of Agriculture Extension Officer.
