Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicant must be a permanent resident of Jharkhand.
- To apply under this scheme, the annual income of the applicant’s family should be Rs.300000 or less.
- Applicant must be graduate or post graduate.
- Applicant should not be holding any job post.
- To apply in this scheme, the name of the applicant should be in the voter list or ration card.
- The bank account of the applicant should be linked with Aadhaar.
