Jharkhand Rajya Fasal Rahat Yojana Form Overview

Jharkhand State Crop Relief Scheme (Jharkhand Rajya Fasal Rahat Yojana) Crop Insurance Scheme is a compensation scheme provided to farmers in case of crop damage. Under this scheme, the farmers will fulfill the resolution of providing security cover in case of crop loss due to natural calamity and providing a certain financial assistance. This scheme will cover both the land owner and the landless farmer. Farmers will not be required to pay any kind of crop insurance premium under this scheme and they will be provided financial assistance directly by the government in the event of crop loss.

For the welfare of the farmers of the state, a new scheme has been announced by the state government by the name of Jharkhand State Crop Relief Scheme (JRFRY). This scheme is mainly to provide financial assistance to the farmers in the event of crop damage due to any natural calamity and natural accidents.

Objective Jharkhand Rajya Fasal Rahat Yojana

1. To provide financial assistance to farmers affected by crop damage due to unforeseen natural calamities or events.
2. To strengthen the income of the farmers to continue the agricultural work.
3. Ensuring financial flow for agricultural work.
4. To pave the way for food security, crop diversification, rapid growth and competition in agriculture.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. The farmer should be a resident of Jharkhand State. The farmer must be above 18 years of age.
2. Ryot farmers who grow crops on their own land and registered on PM Kisan Portal.
3. Non ryot farmers who work on ryots lands.
4. Both small and marginal farmers are eligible to take advantage of this scheme.

1. Farmer’s valid Aadhar Card
2. Residence Certificate
3. Bank Account Number
4. Ration Card Other Identity Card – PAN Card, Voter ID Card
5. Farm Account Number/Khasra Number Detail.
6. Passport Size Photograph
7. Applicant Mobile Number
8. Income Certificate.

Steps to fill Online Application:

1. Firstly, the farmer applicants must visit the official web portal https://jrfry.jharkhand.gov.in/ released by the state government.
2. Now after this click on the option to register farmer on the official web portal.
3. Now a Fasal Rahat Yojana form or application form will open in front of the applicants, in which their Aadhar card number, name written on the Aadhar card will have to be filled.
4. After this, farmers will have to fill the name of the crop to be sown, area, bank account number etc. After filling all the details, the form has to be submitted.
