Himachal Pradesh Sahara Swasthya Yojana
Himachal Pradesh Government has started Himachal Pradesh Sahara Yojana 2022 to provide financial assistance to the poor patients of the state. Let us tell you that Indira Gandhi Medical College and Hospital in Shimla has become the first institute in Himachal Pradesh to implement Sahara Yojana, Which provides financial assistance of Rs 3,000 per month to patients from economically weaker sections of the society. The plan covers diseases like Parkinson’s, malignant cancer, paralysis, muscular dystrophy, hemophilia and thalassemia. Patients suffering from Chronic Renal Failure or any other disease that permanently disables a person is also covered under this scheme.
