Hanuman Bahuk is a spiritual source dedicated to Lord Hanuman by Shri Goswami Tulsidas. According to popular belief, once upon a time, when Tulsidas ji’s arm suffered a lot due to the outbreak of Kaliyuga, Tulsidas ji had composed this source for its redress.

We directly felt the glory of this arm. People started reading and writing. And seeing its recognition, further poets gave the impression of Tulsi and added many more poems to it everywhere. After printing, millions of copies were printed by the publishers and reached the hands of the public. Almost everyone has sung the glory of this arm (Sankatmochan Hanuman Ashtak). Only someone has changed the order of the last stanzas somewhat. Even with the change of course, the diminutive in glory did not come to the fore.
