Goa Ration Card Application Form Overview
Ration card is an important document for every Indian citizen in today’s time, which is provided by all the state governments to the citizens of your state. Ration card is provided to us by the Food and Civil Supplies Department (FCS). The card holders are allotted APL, BPL, and Antyodaya lists on the basis of the annual income of the family by the state government. Through which food items like wheat, rice, sugar, kerosene etc. are provided to the beneficiaries.

Goa Ration Card Types – APL / BPL / AAY
- APL Ration Card – There are “above the line” type of ration cards people with a certain level of income.
- BPL Ration Card – Below Poverty Line (BPL) type of ration cards are issued to families with an annual income that is less than the poverty line index.
- AAY Ration Cards – AAY cards are provided to families with a certain set of conditions. They’ll receive the lowest rates for food and fuel.
Steps to Apply for Ration Card in Goa
- Application affixing non-judicial stamp of Rs. 20/- on application from the head of the family on plain paper addressed to Inspector of Civil Supplies
- Original Cancellation Certificate/Negative Certificate from previous place of residence.
- If applicant produced negative certificate to file a Self Declaration with photograph of applicant signed across stating that no ration card is issued in any part of India nor the name is included in any ration card in any part of India.
- House tax receipt
- If residing on rent to produce NOC/Self Declaration with photograph signed across from house owner stating that there is no objection for allotting the house member.
- Aadhar No. of all family members
- Bank Account details of the lady who’s head of the family. This can include bank name, A/c No, MICR/IFSC code etc. if this person is not a bank customer then the information of her male counterpart may be obtained and their mobile number
- Birth Certificate of all members.
Eligibility Criteria
- You must be a permanent resident of Goa to be eligible for the post.
- The applicant must be at-least 18 years of age to apply online for new ration card in Goa.
- To be eligible for this position, the applicant must be a head-of-the-household.
- The applicant must not possess ration card in any other state
