Gaon ki Beti scheme is a educational scheme provided by the Higher Education Department of Madhya Pradesh Government. Under this scheme, the village girls students are benefited by the government.The objective is to provide financial assistance to girl students pursuing higher education in science, technology, engineering and mathematics disciplines.

This scholarship is given to girls students mainly lives in villages, who are below the poverty line.The main objective of this scholarship is to give educational opportunities to girls who are not given the same opportunities as their male counterparts. The goal is to make these women aware that if they work hard enough they can become future leaders for their country.The eligiability criterias are as below,

1)Applicant must have a village daughter certificate.

2)The applicant must be a Female student securing 60% or more marks in class 12th examination.

3) Applicant must be a resident of a village in Madhya Pradesh.
